These decks were a promotional item for Marlboro cigarettes.They are replicas of cards from the 1800s.The 5 pointed stars can be applied to the one-way principle.

These cards are not the newer Texan 45 cards that are called "Palmettos". Bruce Cervon has been spotted with these cards inside the Magic Castle  on numerous occasions.
