These ignitor fuses are used with our Flash MatchBoxes (except the No-Switch Matchbox). They can be used with any pyro effect. The filament wire is designed to burn/glow with one AAA battery-- enough amps to light flash paper/powder. A single fuse can be used 20 to 25 times before the filament "goes dead". Prolonged burning/glowing of the fuse beyond one second intervals shortens the life-span to 10 to 15 burns.
